ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION

In the town square, under the towering shade providing plane trees that offer a unique breeze, one can find Katerina’s restaurant, as it’s known, otherwise known by its name “I Drosia” (“the cool air”).  The simple and traditionally decorated interior space of the restaurant is as warm and friendly as the outdoor atmosphere is enjoyable and refreshing.  The endless view of the Pagasetic Gulf can relax you.  A unique, traditional, “mother’s” cuisine awaits you to try its dishes.

Delicious baked dishes, which are made with passion by Katerina’s hands daily, will leave you with unforgettable tastes.  Don’t forget to try the mouthwatering baked chickpeas, fragrant “imam baildi”(eggplants with tomato sauce baked in olive oil), various delicious pies made with homemade filo (paper thin dough characteristic of Greek cuisine), the tasty meatballs with spearmint, an exceptional pork baked with wine, honey, mustard and coriander but also many other “ladera” (oil based vegetable dishes) and baked dishes.  There is also a grill which specialized in lamb chops, pork neck steak and the fresh made beef burgers created by Katerina herself.  During the summer months, you can enjoy the tasty and juicy meat roasted on the spit.    

> Operation:  From March to October daily, for lunch and dinner. From November to February on weekends and holidays and during the entire Christmas and Easter two week holiday.
